Meet the founder
Shazia Mukhtar.
For more than 25 years, Shazia has advised Boards and executive leadership teams across the UK and the Middle East on complex legal, governance and commercial matters.
Her career spans energy, oil & gas, LNG, commodities trading, EPC and infrastructure, sanctions and trade compliance, M&A, and international arbitration — matters spanning over USD 20 billion in aggregate value.
Today she works with founders, family businesses, SMEs and multinational organisations as a trusted strategic adviser.
